List a sender profile mailbox tracking domains

The tracking domains a mailbox's email_tracking_domain_sid may point at: the live ones of the gtm-api workspace that holds the mailbox, by host name, each with gtm's DNS verdict. Only a verified one can be set (update_sender_profile_mailbox); creating a domain and checking its DNS happen in gtm-api. 403 gtm_scope_missing when the workspace's grant cannot read them.
