Attach a LinkedIn account to a sender profile

Bind a LinkedIn account gtm-api already holds (a free row of list_sender_profile_available_accounts) to this sender profile: the linked mode. The sender profile keeps its name and takes the account's photo; the history walk starts, down to history_since and within history_scope. One account per sender profile: 409 linkedin_already_bound if it has one (detach first), 409 linkedin_bound_elsewhere if another holds it, 404 if none has it. Idempotent.

A LinkedIn account gtm-api already holds (a row of list_sender_profile_available_accounts whose sender_profile_sid is null).

connection_sidstring nullable

The gtm workspace the picker row came from (the row's connection_sid). Omitted, the team's connections are tried in order, the managed one first, and the first workspace holding the account wins.

history_sincestring nullable

The account's history window: the walk that starts on attach imports its conversations from this day (YYYY-MM-DD) on, or nothing older than the attach with now; omitted or null = all of them.

history_scope'all' | 'playtable_people' nullable

The account's import scope: playtable_people (omitted or null, the default) takes only the conversations with a person the workspace keeps in a playtable, all every conversation; the walk that starts on attach obeys it.
