Reconnect a sender profile mailbox

Re-credential a mailbox that went reconnect_required. New IMAP and SMTP passwords reconnect it at once (result.mode reconnected, the mirror flips back to active). An OAuth mailbox needs no password and answers result.mode hosted_link with the page the human finishes the consent on, after which gtm's health webhook restores the mirror. success_redirect_url brings them back to the app afterwards, and gtm follows it only for allow-listed hosts.
