Sync a sender profile mailbox

Ask gtm to sync this mailbox now and re-read its settings, limits and health into the sender profile's mirror. Use it after something changed on gtm's side, or when the mirror looks stale; a mailbox gtm no longer knows is marked deleted in the mirror. It does NOT import message history into the inbox: sync_sender_profile_history does that, for both channels of the sender profile at once.
