Soft-delete a sender profile: no blockers, nothing cascades. Conversations, messages and tasks are retained and keep the sid while their sender lens re-resolves; queued sends hold at the dispatch gate until a sender profile carries the account again; playtables retires its copy and re-resolves its workflow sender pools. The gtm-api accounts survive and can be attached to another sender profile. A repeat answers already_deleted true.
