For every paid column on the table (hidden ones included), the most one row can cost and what one row usually costs, read from what the same kind of cell has been charged before. An AI column is charged what each row used under its per-row maximum, so the usual figure is often well under the maximum; with no history yet the two are equal. Reads only; nothing is priced live.
