Delete a table column

Delete a column. Blocked while other formula columns depend on it, unless replace_with_column_id names the column their references should point at instead. The dependents are rewritten first, then the delete proceeds. Cancels ONLY the column's own lineage run; other active runs keep running and skip the deleted column. To delete a column together with its dependents (a whole column group, say), use the batch delete, where dependents inside the batch never block it.
