Delete several columns in one call

Delete a set of columns as ONE delete: dependents inside the batch never block it, which is what lets a whole column group (a fan-out's children depend on their parent) go in one request. Dependents outside the batch still block, or are repointed via replace_with_column_id. A group whose last member is deleted is dissolved. A POST rather than a DELETE because it carries a body.

Repoint surviving dependents' references at this column before deleting. Omit to refuse the delete while outside dependents exist.
