Suggest date, destination and guest chips for a half-typed chat message

Runs composer.analyze (#2318). Returns the travel intent plus parsed dates, destination options and party size, each with UTF-16 spans into text so the client can rewrite that phrase when the user picks a value. missing flags the chips to offer as 'Add dates' / 'Add guests'. Call on a ~350ms typing debounce; discard a response whose text no longer matches the composer.
