List my chat sessions

Runs chat.listSessions for the signed-in user. Pinned sessions come first, then the rest by last message. query filters on title and summary (case-insensitive substring). archived=true lists ONLY archived sessions, the restore half of POST /v1/chat/sessions/{sessionPublicId}/archive; omitted or false lists only the unarchived ones, as before.
