Ask for a different answer

Runs chat.regenerateMessage; owner-only, assistant messages only. This records the intent and resolves the prompt the answer came from — it does NOT stream. The client drops the old answer and opens an ordinary turn, passing the returned parentUserMessagePublicId as parentMessagePublicId so both answers hang off the same prompt.
