Archive or unarchive a chat session

Runs chat.toggleArchive; owner-only. Soft-hides the session from GET /v1/chat/sessions without deleting anything, and clears any pin so a hidden chat does not reappear pinned. GET /v1/chat/sessions?archived=true lists the archived ones; send archived: false here to restore one.
