Load Shared Thread

Read-only thread contents for a publicly shared chat.

Mirrors the owner's lineage thread off source_message_uuid so a share-link viewer can read the follow-up conversation. Gated on the parent chat being public and the org's share-view setting; no write/continue path (the panel hides its input in shared mode).
