Save Message Order

Reorder messages by moving a specific message (or user-assistant block) up or down.

The backend handles all reordering logic to avoid pagination issues where the frontend only has a subset of messages.

Args: chat_id: The chat to modify message_uuid: The UUID of the message to move direction: 'up' to move towards beginning, 'down' to move towards end block_mode: If True, move user message and its assistant response together
