Fork Shared Chat

Fork a public shared chat into a new private chat owned by the current user. Accepts an optional source_org_id to support cross-workspace forking: the shared chat may live in a different workspace or the parent org. Only allowed when both orgs share the same parent org (or one is the parent of the other).
