Make a client link, or save the next version of one
Make a client link for a site (a new secret URL showing the chosen sections to someone outside the workspace) or, with id and expected_version, save the next version of one (its label, sections or expiry; the URL stays). Whoever holds the URL can read the site's Search figures until it is revoked or expires, so it asks for confirmation: call it with dry_run: true, then with confirm: true, and only when your human asked for the link. At most 10 live links a site. The answer carries url, the secret address: hand it to your human, never anywhere else. A version written since is VERSION_CONFLICT; a link that is not this site's is NOT_FOUND (it is read through site first, search:read). Paid (client_link): BILLING_REQUIRED on a site that is not paid for.
