Revoke a client link

Revoke one client link: the next request with its address is the same 404 as an unknown link, at once and for good. It cannot be turned back on (make a new one with gsc_links_save), so it asks for confirmation: call it with dry_run: true, then with confirm: true, and revoke only what your human asked you to. A link already revoked, on a site this key cannot see, or never this workspace's is NOT_FOUND. Never billing-gated.
