Accept one of the AI's suggestions

Accept one of the AI's suggestions: the page group, keyword cluster or brand terms are written (origin ai, the brand terms added to the site's) and the suggestion records accepted with its segment_id, in one transaction: both land or neither. Accepting again answers it as it is; a dismissed one stays dismissed. A name that now clashes, or a role at its limit of 100, is VALIDATION_FAILED and the suggestion stays open. Accept only what your human asked for. The suggestion is read through site first (gsc_proposals_list, search:read): one another site's, replaced by a newer run's, or never made is NOT_FOUND. Paid (segments): on a site that is not paid for, BILLING_REQUIRED.
