Mint a FRESH single-use claim URL for this trial workspace, invalidating the previous one. For an agent that lost the claim_url returned at bootstrap (hosted agents lose their files between sessions). Works while the workspace is read-only; requires no capability and creates no authority. 409 NOT_PROVISIONAL for a normal workspace, 409 ALREADY_CLAIMED once a human owns it.
