Separate from /roster because the overview needs three integers and TESI has 411 students; serialising every row (and signing a URL for every uploaded file) to render two lines of triage would be absurd.

corrections_pending is the one with a person waiting: a student who is locked out of their course, has said they are actually an adult, and cannot undo it themselves. It was only visible inside Settings, which is not a page anybody opens daily, so a student asking for help sat unseen.
