Update a scheduled task definition through the shared task command (K19).

display_name, schedule (type + config, replacement semantics), timezone, email_results, prompt and context_entities are translated into ONE ScheduledTaskPatch and applied by AgentScheduledTaskService.apply_task_patch -- the same command the agent tool runs. Routine config is normalised for Daily Brief sources and custom result format and passed alongside. The next run is recomputed only for an ACTIVE task whose schedule changed; a disabled task stays disabled with no next run.
