Pending group-call invites for the caller's workspace. Mirrors /active-calls — inbox banner seed on mount before any WS event arrives.

Per-source TTL filter mirrors the in-process expire tasks (telegram_1to1: 30s, twilio_1to1: 90s, telegram_group: 6h). A durable reaper runs first — every GET marks any rows past their per-source TTL as declined+expired and broadcasts :resolved so open inbox tabs in other browsers also clear their banners. Without this, an api-gateway restart kills the in-process asyncio.create_task TTL guards and orphaned invites surface on every page load until the 6h window naturally cuts them off.
