[BETA] Read the risk-question sub-resource for an advice session.

data holds the two stored option IDs (expectation_of_risk, risk_strategy) and the section's advisor_notes; each is null when nothing has been written. meta lists the configured options for both questions (with i18n labels resolved by ?language) plus the is_risk2_hidden tenant flag — resolve a stored ID against the matching option list for display.
