[BETA] Read the K&E sub-resource for an advice session.

data holds the user-editable answers ({code: value}, one entry per configured question — null when unanswered) plus the section's advisor_notes. meta.questions describes the questions configured for the tenant (roboAdviceForm.knowledgeAndExperienceQuestions.questions): each question's label, options, and whether it is multi-select. Resolve an answer's display label from meta.questions[].options.
