[BETA] Read the advanced-suitability sub-resource for an advice session.

data holds the stored answers (answers[table][check] = optionId) and the per-check checks_training acknowledgements. meta describes the enabled tables and their selectable options plus the checks (rows) — the latter fetched from the external advanced-suitability config and labelled from the tenant's checksTranslations.

When the feature is disabled for the tenant, meta.enabled is false and meta.tables/meta.checks are empty (stored answers are still echoed).
