advice_session

[BETA] Compute the advanced-suitability result for the session's stored answers.

Builds the per-check inputs from the session's suitability answers and the investor's classification, then calls the external Advisory API to determine, per product, whether it is suitable (with per-check scores and thresholds).

Rejected with 400 when advanced suitability is not enabled for the tenant or the investor classification is invalid; upstream errors from the Advisory API are surfaced with their original status code.
