[BETA] Replace the K&E answers for an advice session.

For each question code configured for the tenant (roboAdviceForm.knowledgeAndExperienceQuestions.questions), the value is taken from the answers payload — missing codes get cleared to null (PUT-replace semantics over the K&E surface).

    Codes in the payload that are not in the customer config are silently
    ignored. This is a safety guarantee: a caller cannot use this endpoint
    to write `expectationOfRisk` or any other top-level key under
    `advisorInput` that does not belong to K&E. Sibling namespaces and
    sibling top-level keys inside `advisorInput` are preserved.
