Reads the wrapped totalSupply and the origin-chain bridge-escrow balance at finalized blocks whose hash a second RPC operator confirmed, raw reads hashed. States: ESCROW_PARITY_READ, UNCHECKABLE_NATIVE_ISSUANCE, INDEXED_CUSTODIAL or UNMEASURED. UNMEASURED answers 200 preview-only and is never sold. Free preview; verification is free. preview=1 is free unsigned. Paid signed card requires id (HTTP 402 when the pair is readable; an UNMEASURED pair answers HTTP 200 preview-only and is never sold).
