RWA asset evidence: one signed card of one XRPL issued asset's on-ledger state, read live per request. Reads the AccountRoot flags, Domain, the two-way xrp-ledger.toml check and the gateway obligation, each raw fetch hashed. States: PROBED, UNCHECKABLE (an unreachable source is never a failure) or UNMEASURED. Free unsigned preview; verification is free. preview=1 is free unsigned. Paid signed card requires asset (HTTP 402).
