Provider document diff feed (signed historical batch / bespoke partner feed)
Provider change record: the signed history of document changes the daily watcher recorded for tracked model providers. Each diff leaf comes with its Merkle inclusion proof, assembled per request. States: each diff exactly as the watcher recorded it; the latest state per provider is free at the same path without history=1. Verification is free. Bare path is free recent diffs (HTTP 200). Paid historical batch requires history=1 (HTTP 402).
