Public-root inclusion-proof bundle
Inclusion proof bundle for leaves available in the last published Merkle root, read from that root. Each leaf comes with its hash, index and proof path, plus the root and the signed card count. States: included with a path, or absent from the root. Verification is free: recompute any path against /root.json. Bare path is validation (HTTP 400 naming sha or bundle). Free inclusion via optional sha. Paid root bundle when bundle=1 (HTTP 402).
