Returns selected card objects with signature fields, any retained inclusion proofs, an OSCAL wrapper and assembly manifest. Does not verify input-card signatures. Reports manifest signing status and any unsigned reason. States: ASSEMBLED or ASSEMBLED-EMPTY; zero selected cards stays zero. Supported-card verification is free at /gspc-verify. No new measurement or conformity determination. Preview = obligation(+subject) without bundle=1. Paid tier requires obligation + bundle=1 (HTTP 402). Incomplete bundle alone stays HTTP 400.

Obligation the evidence bundle maps to (required with bundle=1 for the paid tier). Incomplete probes (bundle alone) stay HTTP 400.

bundle'1' required

Paid-tier gate. Must be the string 1 together with the other required params to request the paid artefact (HTTP 402). Without bundle=1 the door stays on free preview / validation.
