Internal operators only. Requires membership in the source organization, the default-off verify_internal_code_repair actor flag, and a connected ComposalAI/vex repository in that organization. One durable investigation per scenario execution; repeated matching requests reuse it. No automatic result regrading, merge or deployment is performed by this request.
