Trusted Activity only; original workflow attachment and current task authority required. Funding and immutable workspace/resource/price/expiry pins share one Git publication. Prepared identifies the first acknowledged preparation; uncertainty or expiry never permits repeated allocation. This port does not create a provider resource, issue provider credentials, settle usage or prove hard expiry. Return private data only inside trusted Activities, never Workflow payloads.
