Palette Analyse
Match a palette of hex colours against the archive in a single call.
For each colour returns the nearest named archive entry with: name, archive, hex, dE2000, confidence, confidence_score, claim_strength (A-E), primary_source, do_not_say guardrails, and an alternatives array when confidence is low.
Palette-level deduplication: no two colours share the same archive entry. Dominant colours (weight >= 0.3) get a wider internal candidate search. Combined scoring: dE2000 penalised by record quality so weak sources lose to good sources at similar perceptual distance.
