Mcp Directory Endpoint

The submitted Anthropic Software Directory surface.

Seven tools, anonymous, read-only. Deliberately takes NO api_key parameter and reads no key header: the surface advertises no authentication, so a key must not be able to change what it does. All it adds over mcp_endpoint is the marker.
