Get Brand Match

Nearest paint colours from the brands in the paint data (Farrow & Ball, Paint & Paper Library). A brand filter that matches no loaded brand used to return an empty list with no explanation -- the tool's own argument text names Little Greene, which the data does not contain -- so an agent filled the gap with guessed colours. It now says the brand is absent and lists the brands that are present; it never substitutes another brand.
