创建合并请求。Create pull request.

在指定仓库中创建合并请求。需要在请求体中指定源分支、目标分支、标题等必填信息，可选设置描述、标签、处理人等字段。创建成功后返回完整的合并请求详情。调用者需具有仓库的写入权限。 Create a merge request in the specified repository. The request body must specify source branch, target branch, title, and other required fields. Description, labels, assignees, etc. are optional. Returns full merge request details on success.
