更新合并请求。Update pull request.

更新指定合并请求的基本信息，包括标题、描述、状态等字段。支持部分更新，仅传入需要修改的字段即可。通过修改 state 字段来打开或关闭合并请求。 Update basic information of the specified pull request, including title, description, state, and other fields.
