移除合并请求标签。Remove pull request label.

从指定合并请求中移除一个指定名称的标签。移除成功后返回该合并请求上剩余的标签列表。如果指定的标签不存在于该合并请求上，将返回 404 错误。 Remove a label with the specified name from the merge request. Returns the remaining label list on success.
