添加合并请求标签。Add pull request labels.

为指定合并请求添加一个或多个标签。已存在于该合并请求上的标签不会重复添加。标签必须是仓库中已定义的标签。添加成功后返回该合并请求当前的完整标签列表。 Add one or more labels to the specified merge request. Labels that already exist on the merge request will not be duplicated. Labels must be predefined in the repository.
