根据 Issue 编号列表批量查询指定仓库中的多个 Issue 概要信息（不含正文内容），一次最多支持 100 个编号。返回顺序未定义，调用方需按 number 自行组装。 Batch get summary information of multiple issues in the specified repository by their numbers (body content is not included).
