为指定 Issue 添加一个或多个处理人。已存在于该 Issue 上的处理人不会被重复添加或替换。添加成功后返回更新后的 Issue 详情。传入的用户必须是仓库的协作者或组织成员。 Add one or more assignees to the specified issue.
