Restore Item

Admin-only: undo a soft delete. Backs the delete toast's Undo action.

Clears deleted_at/deleted_by and removed_from_source_at — the delete only ever targets active rows, so the removal stamp is the delete's own; if the source row has genuinely disappeared since, the next re-import re-stamps it. Refunds unlinked by the delete stay unlinked (the matcher may re-link them on a later import).
