List Work Items

List work items with filtering. When limit is omitted, returns every matching row.

source selects the data source. When omitted, the claim's discovery_methodology decides (NULL=legacy, non-null=activity-map). Pass an explicit ?source=legacy|activity-map to override the claim setting for admin/dev comparisons.
