Merge Activities

Merge source activities into a target activity.

Legacy claims: sources are soft-deleted (status='merged'); the snapshot in aurd_activity_merge_events lets POST …/activities/{id}/unmerge restore them. See shared.activity_merge.

Activity-map claims (request.source / discovery_methodology): operates on the activity_map_* tables instead — current assignments are superseded onto the target and the merge is audited via an Edit row. See app.activity_map.edits.merge. No reverse endpoint yet.
