Restore Review Version

Put a saved version's answers back into the review, after saving the current answers as a version.

Afterwards the page shows what the version holds: its answers are written, and visible answers it doesn't hold are cleared. Calculated, fixed and customer-only answers are left alone, as are projects/activities no longer in the report (named in skipped_instances). A version built from the other report methodology is refused: its project/activity ids are another table's.
