Update Group Mcp Period Limit

Update group MCP collective period limit.

Accepts a float value or "null" to remove the limit.

Cycle rules:

  • First time a limit is set: mcp_period_start_date = now, mcp_period_reset_date = now + 1 day.
  • Updating an existing limit: preserves cycle dates (no restart).
  • Removing the limit ("null"): clears both cycle dates.
