Progress a candidate you were shown by NAME. On a corpus with no pairing pipeline (e.g. the services bench) there is no pairing to create — a bench firm is not a Cape seller and carries no numeric id — so this, not /api/pairings/create, is the way forward: naming a candidate raises an engagement request for the desk. Nothing is executed: the effect ceiling is a proposal and the engagement document is signed by your principal.
