Agent Card in the A2A v1.0 shape, served at the standard well-known URI (RFC 8615). It DISCOVERS the agent exchange to agents that look for /.well-known/agent-card.json: identity, provider, the declared interface (the manifest intake, HTTP+JSON), capabilities, and one skill — publishing a manifest. It is a descriptor, not a claim of A2A task support: streaming, push notifications and the task lifecycle are not implemented, and the card states that itself (every capability false, plus an extension naming what is NOT served and the human steps no amount of polling moves).
